1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our residential cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. BrightHome Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Provided

BrightHome Cleaners provides regular and deep cleaning services for residential properties. We supply our own eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment unless otherwise requested by the client. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property condition poses a health or safety risk to our staff.

3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

We understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we enforce the following policies:

  • Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a late cancellation fee.
  • Access: Ensure our team has secure access to your home at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter the property, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our cleaning services is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and any add-on services selected. All quotes provided are estimates and subject to adjustment upon initial inspection of the premises. Payments are due in full on the day of service unless alternative billing arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

5. Liability and Damages

We treat your home with the utmost respect and care. In the rare event that an item is damaged by our staff during a cleaning session, we will make every effort to repair or replace it. However, BrightHome Cleaners assumes no liability for damage to items that were not properly secured or for pre-existing damage. Please secure all valuables and fragile items prior to our arrival.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a thorough and efficient clean, we ask that clients tidy up everyday clutter (such as clothing, toys, and paperwork) before our team arrives. Pets must be secured in a safe area so our staff can work without interruption and keep your furry friends safe from equipment and open doors.
