Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a spare key or an entry code so we can clean while they are at work or running errands. We treat your home with the utmost respect and security.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or adjustments so we can reassign our cleaners effectively.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade vacuums, mops, and high-quality, safe cleaning solutions. If you prefer we use a specific product of yours, just let us know in the booking form.
